Industrial Rigid Borescopes

A-borescopes-lq-2011-06-29

The robust rigid and semiflexible borescopes were especially developed for industrial applications. The optical design ensures the brightest, largest, most precise images possible even under poor conditions such as large dark voids, turbine chambers and other difficult inspection sites.

  • Bright, high resolution images.
  • Video recording and digital documentation.
  • Probe diameter from 2.7mm to 4.0mm.
  • Working length from 175mm up to 302mm available.
  • Special design upon request.
  • Semiflexible variations.
  • Light guide adaptors for most light sources.

Multi Swing Prism Borescopes

Multi Swing borescopes allow the inspector to scan the entire inspection site at a turn of a control. The combination of the wide scan (up to 140°) along the axis of the shaft and an orbital scan (370°) around the circumference of the shaft allows the inspector to view a large area ahead, behind and around the scope without changing position. Inspections are quick and simple. This is especially useful when a camera is attached to the eyepiece – cables and light guide do not become tangled.
The optical design ensures the brightest, largest, most precise images possible even under poor conditions such as large dark voids, turbine chambers and other difficult inspection sites.

  • 370° rotation for orbital view.
  • DOV 7° – 133° (140° coverage axis view).
  • Bright, high resolution images.
  • Video recording and digital documentation.
  • Probe diameter from 6.0mm up to 9.0mm.
  • Working length from 115mm up to 1405mm.
  • Custom-built versions available upon request.
